MEDIA COMPOSER AND SONG-WRITER WITH CLASSICAL TRAINING
Simon is a classically-trained pianist who writes music for licensing to the TV, film and advertising industries.
He is currently excited to announce the recent release of Stately Scenes, an album of grand orchestral pieces, in collaboration with Warner Chappell and recorded at Abbey Road's Angel Studios.
Notable recent syncs include the lead music on the Netflix Christmas movie trailer for "That Christmas" as well as on a recent CBS Sunday Morning Show.

Pop music-wise, Simon has worked with Grammy-winning producer Philip Larsen (who has produced Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue).

He's also worked with UK band Atomic Kitten singer Liz McClarnon, and producers in Mark Goodier's Wisebuddah Music in London.

RECENT NEWS
Simon has just released a major orchestral album with Warner Chappell - "Stately Scenes" - recorded in Abbey Road's Angel Studios. Recent notable syncs include one of Simon's tracks being used as the opening track on the trailer for the Netflix movie "That Christmas" and on the CBS Sunday Morning show. He is currently working on exciting new album projects with a variety of talented collaborators.

BIO​
Simon is a classically trained pianist who loved composition while studying music in Oxford – this led on naturally to him also writing pop songs and, more recently, writing music for licensing in the TV, film and advertising industries.
​
At present, he is focussing his attention on writing music for licensing.
​
He has enjoyed working with Grammy winning producer Philip Larsen, as well as for projects with the UK band Atomic Kitten singer Liz McClarnon and with prominent UK music industry figure Mark Goodier.
​
He has also developed new artistic talent here in the UK as well as obtaining more global pitches with major labels.
​
Outside music, Simon has varied interests - aside from being a big Agatha Christie fan, he enjoys living in the beautiful Berkshire countryside, near London; both interior and exterior architecture, travel, history, local history and natural history; he also enjoys the more spiritual side of things including yoga.
